A Divine Experience

Cows have always been an important part in Indian mythology. In the Pichhwai painting tradition as well, cows play an important role as lord Krishna was a cowherd in the formative years of his life and Pichhwai in particular focuses on the events in Shri Krishna’s life as a seven year old. In this workshop, we will make Krishna with many cows.

This artwork is finished in 7 modules of 1.30 hours each. You can pace yourself depending on your skill and experience in sketching, detailing and coloring. Enjoy the making of the artwork and indulge in bringing your personal creations and customization to the artwork.

Materials Required

Materials required for this workshop are listed below:

- 24*24 size Handmade/Thick Card/Drawing Paper (White Color) or Canvas
- Colours Black, Persian blue, White, Crimson, Scarlet red, Cobalt blue, Golden, Yellow ochre, Green ( viridian hue), Violet, Orange
- Brushes - 1 2 4 6 10 12 (round and flat both)
- Bowl of water & rough cloth
