This painting features goddess Laxmi, the goddess of prosperity and good fortune draped in a red saree symbolising auspiciousness, wealth, and power. She sits poised on a lotus, a symbol of purity, spiritual growth, and detachment from worldly concerns. A sparkling crown perched on her head, jewels dripping from her ears and nose, and a beautiful garland encircling her neck  The soft pink painted lotus creates a delicate contrast against the red saree and black background.
