n this workshop, we will create a scene which depicts the celebration of Diwali thru warli art with native artist of Warli region - Mr Sanjay Sanglei with simple geometrical shapes like circle, half circle, triangle, rectangle, square etc.
Diwali is India’s most important festival of the year—a time to celebrate the triumph of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, and good over evil, that is celebrated annually across India, especially in northern, western, and eastern India.

This artwork is finished in 4 modules each. You can pace yourself depending on your skill and experience in sketching, detailing and coloring. Enjoy the making of the artwork and indulge in bringing your personal creations and customization to the artwork.
Modules of the Workshop
Module 1: Coloring of the Paper and learning of the rough sketch of the theme and also know about basics of Warli art.
Module 2: Making of formation of Tarpa Dance
Module 3: Completing of the center motif and making of the many elements of the painting

Materials Required
- Some colored drawing sheet / Chart papers / Canvas - 15*15 inches
- Pencils / Eraser / Sharpener
- Black colour Pen / Thin marker
- Colors ( Any water based - Poster / Fabric / Acrylic etc) and Brushes (0/1/2/10 number)
