With a twinkle of her blue eyes, Sally describes her love of painting the antique houses that are found throughout New Mexico, especially the ones in Northern New Mexico. Most of them, she declares, are her own whimsical fantasies, but some are actual houses or churches. These adobe houses were built by hand and often have old patched tin roofs. After all, these houses have held families for generations. Sally likes to add lace curtains, clotheslines, chickens, goats, old fences, and other details to show that the houses still have life and charm. We will recreate her beautiful painting with gouache paints
In this workshop, we will make two Goats at Blue House by Sally Bartos. A beautiful painting with bright and vivid colors.
